  • Q: What types or styles of classes do you offer?

    A: The Original Hot Yoga series is our bread and butter. They are listed as HOT 60, HOT 90, or HOT with Music. We also love to get deep! So we have Candlelight Yin for those yummy stretches with longer holds. And because we also like to have FUN while we work hard, you have to try the Inferno Hot Pilates class. It's a HIIT style workout with Pilates principles that brings fast results! And if you want a little variety, be sure to try our HATHA classes on the schedule to shake up your routine with a variety of drills and moves to relieve pain and bring balance to your body.

  • Q: Where can I see all the current classes available on the schedule and/or how often can I come in to take a class?

    A: Check out our LIVE schedule here to see which class is happening and who is teaching it! If you are brand new, our TWO WEEK INTRO lets you come to as many classes as you want, no limits! Come every day and watch the magic of yoga unfold in all aspects of your life.

  • Q: What times are your classes?

    A: We offer plenty of classes to work around your schedule whether you’re an early bird, love a midday sweat session, or want to swing by after work. And we’ve also got plenty of options for our weekend warriors! You can find all our class times as well as instructors here.

  • Q: Speaking of instructors, what are their qualifications?

    A: Owners Kyle and Jessyca are Level 2 members of the Original Hot Yoga Association (OHYA) and strive to maintain the integrity of the Original Hot Yoga series at The Hot Room. Under their mentorship, our instructors are throughly vetted and trained to maintain consistent and quality instruction in alignment with the vision of OHYA. Whether we can help you take a stretch a little further each time, understand the mechanics and benefits of each posture, or leave you feeling calm, relaxed, or energized, our instructors have a breadth and depth of experience to personalize the class for everyone's desires and needs.

  • Q: Do I have to be flexible or "in-shape" to participate in classes?

    A: Absolutely not. Everyone is at different levels, and you just let the practice meet you where you are, with the body that you have.

  • Q: What are the pricing options after my introductory special?

    A: We are a membership based studio and always reserve the best value for our members! We have flexible terms (3 or 12 month options) and packages designed with your lifestyle in mind (1 and 2 class/week or unlimited memberships).  Not ready to commit to a membership yet? We have you covered too. Single class, and class packs are great for more casual use. Whatever you're looking for, we have something to help you meet your goals and needs. Looking for one-on-one instruction to dive deeper, or work through injuries? Private lessons are the perfect way to receive a personalized experience and answer any questions individual to you and your body.

  • Q: What do I need to bring for class?

    A: Most important, is an open mind and willingness to try! Beyond that, a mat, full-sized towel for the HOT classes, and a water. We always have these to rent or purchase in case you forget.

  • Q: Do you provide showers or changing facilities?

    A: We do not have showers, but we have two restrooms/changing areas for you to freshen up after class. We have cleansing towels to purchase, and there is a hairdryer for a quick spruce up if you need it.

  • Q: Do you have lockers?

    A: We have cubbies and hooks to store your personal items during class. We do lock that doors at the start of each class.

    The Hot Room is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please plan accordingly to store your valuables.

  • Q: What if I am late, or need to leave early?

    A: Classes are a meditative space, and we try to eliminate as many distractions as possible.

    Please plan to arrive with enough time to get set up and be in class at the start time. We lock the doors at the start of class, and will not guarantee late admittance.

    Plan to stay for the duration of the class. We understand that occasionally students may need to leave early. However, if it is a habit or consistent behavior, we kindly ask you to choose another class time to attend. Thank you for your understanding on this.

  • Q: What should I wear to a yoga class?

    A: You will be moving and sweating, so plan accordingly. Shorts or pants, sports bras, or tanks! Whatever you are comfortable in, we promise you look great, no matter the shape of your body!

  • Q: Is pre-registration required, or can I drop-in?

    A: We do request that you pre-register, but if for whatever reason you can’t, just show up! Whether you pre-book or not, please make sure to sign in at the desk.

  • Q: Are there any age restrictions for attending classes?

    A: Minors age 14-17 may practice without a parent present at The Hot Room by filling out this liability waiver.

    Under 14 may participate in classes with a parent present and the above liability waiver signed by the parent.

  • Q: What is your class cancellation policy?

    A: Cancellations completed 60 minutes or less, prior to the start of a class, are considered a late-cancel. It will result in a forfeited single class purchase, the loss of a class from a class package or a $10 fee for all unlimited packages.
